Reimagining the historic Reference 6073 from 1956 (one of the earliest automatic, water-resistant timepieces from the Maison), the Fiftysix collection seamlessly fuses classic Genevan watchmaking heritage with contemporary versatility. Reference 4600E/110A-B487 represents the sportiest, most sought-after configuration in the modern line: combining the luminous deep blue sector-style dial with an integrated, highly articulated multi-link stainless steel bracelet. A sophisticated, understated alternative to conventional luxury sports watches, it delivers the refined finish of a Holy Trinity manufacture in an effortless daily driver.

The Craft: Maltese Cross Architecture & Calibre 1326

The 40mm stainless steel case measures an ultra-slender 9.6mm in thickness, allowing it to slide smoothly under a cuff while maintaining substantial wrist presence. Its distinctive lugs are sculpted in the silhouette of the branches of the Maltese cross, alternating between brushed surfaces and hand-polished bevels. The integrated steel bracelet features half-Maltese cross link geometry with polished center components and satin-brushed flanks.

The deep blue dial showcases a multi-textured sector layout:

  • Center Disc: Opaline finished for a deep, absorbing blue hue.
  • Hour Ring: Sunburst-brushed circle adorned with applied 18K white gold Arabic numerals and luminescent baton indices.
  • Minute Track: Crisp inner railway (chemin de fer) track for precise time reading.
  • 3 o’clock: Clean, discreet date window bordered with a white accent frame.

Through the sapphire exhibition caseback beats the Manufacture Vacheron Constantin Calibre 1326. Composed of 142 hand-finished components and 25 jewels, this automatic movement operates at 28,800 vph with an approximate 48-hour power reserve. The movement is wound by a solid 22K pink gold openworked rotor sculpted in the shape of the Maltese cross and decorated with circular graining and Côtes de Genève.
