About Honeyrock
Who is Honeyrock Luxury Trades?
Honeyrock is an independent retailer of pre-owned luxury timepieces based in Nebraska. Every piece in our inventory is hand-selected, inspected, and authenticated before it goes live on the site. We are not an authorized dealer for any manufacturer — we work in the secondary market, where condition, provenance, and honest grading matter more than a logo on the door.
Where are you located?
We operate out of Nebraska, United States. There is no walk-in showroom — we work by appointment only. Serious buyers and sellers in the area can request a meeting by email.
Are you an authorized dealer?
No. We are an independent dealer in the pre-owned market. Brand names like Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and others are referenced for identification only. We have no affiliation with these manufacturers.
Buying a Watch
Are your watches authentic?
Yes. Every watch we sell is covered by our Authenticity Guarantee. We verify movement, dial, case, and paperwork on every piece before it is listed. If a watch ever fails authentication by an independent expert, you get your money back in full.
What condition are your watches in?
We grade honestly. Listings call out polish history, scratches, service marks, and anything else that affects how a watch looks and runs in person. If a piece has been polished, we say so. If a dial has aged, we show it. We'd rather you know upfront than be surprised when the box arrives.
Do your watches come with box and papers?
It varies by piece. The product page lists exactly what's included — original box, papers, service receipts, extra links, warranty cards. If something isn't mentioned, it isn't included. Box-and-papers status affects price, and we price each piece accordingly.
Can I see more photos or a video before buying?
Yes. Email us with the reference number and what you'd like to see — wrist shots, movement, caseback macros, a short walk-around video. We send these all the time.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Standard checkout supports all major credit cards. For larger purchases or alternative arrangements, contact us at info@hrockluxury.com and we'll discuss what's possible.
How do I reserve a watch I'm interested in?
Inventory moves on a first-come, first-served basis at checkout. We don't hold pieces without a deposit. If you're seriously considering a watch and need 24 hours to decide, email us — we'll be straight with you about whether it's likely to still be available.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship for free?
Yes. Standard delivery within the United States is free, fully insured, and signature-required.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day ship the same day. Standard delivery is 1–3 business days within the U.S. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Is my watch insured during shipping?
Yes. Every order is fully insured for its purchase value, in transit, until you sign for it.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is handled case-by-case. Contact us with your country and the watch you're interested in, and we'll let you know what's possible, what it costs, and what to expect with duties.
Why do you require a signature?
Because we are shipping a luxury watch, not a paperback. Signature confirms delivery to the right person, at the right address, and protects the insurance coverage.
Can I ship to a P.O. box or freight forwarder?
No. Watches ship to verified residential or commercial addresses only. No P.O. boxes, no parcel lockers, no third-party forwarders.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 3 days from delivery to return a watch in the same condition you received it, with all accessories included. Full terms are in our Return Policy.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive the watch and confirm condition, refunds are issued within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 1–3 business days to post it.
What if my watch arrives damaged?
Don't sign for it if the box is visibly compromised, and contact us immediately. If damage is discovered after opening, photograph everything — outer box, inner packaging, the watch — and email us within 24 hours. We handle the rest.
Authenticity & Service
What does the Authenticity Guarantee cover?
Every watch is guaranteed authentic for life. We also verify mechanical condition before listing — timekeeping, power reserve, water-resistance pressure test (where applicable), complications, and hardware. Full details in our Authenticity Guarantee.
Do your watches come with a manufacturer warranty?
Sometimes. If a watch is still covered by an active manufacturer warranty, we list it on the product page and pass the paperwork to you. Most pre-owned watches are out of original warranty — that's where our own guarantee comes in.
Has the watch been serviced?
Service status is listed on each product page. When a service receipt exists, we include a copy. When we've serviced a piece in-house before listing, we say so.
Can you service a watch I bought elsewhere?
We don't currently offer general service work. For service questions on a watch you bought from us, email info@hrockluxury.com.
Selling or Consigning
Will you buy my watch?
Possibly — it depends on the brand, model, condition, and what we're seeing in the market. Start at our Sell Your Watch page or email us with the reference number, year, what's included, and a few photos.
Do you take consignment?
Yes, on the right pieces. Consignment lets you reach buyers without selling outright at trade price. Email us to talk it through.
How do you decide what to buy?
Brand reputation, model demand, condition, originality, completeness (box, papers, service records), and how the piece fits the rest of our inventory. We don't try to be everything to everyone — we curate.
How long does a sale or consignment take?
Direct purchases close as soon as the watch is verified in hand — usually within a few business days of receipt. Consignment timelines depend on the piece and the market. We'll set realistic expectations upfront.
Privacy & Account
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account is useful if you want to track orders, save shipping details, or follow your purchase history.
How do you handle my information?
We collect only what we need to fulfill your order and run the business. Full details — including your rights under CCPA/CPRA and GDPR — are in our Privacy Policy.
Will you spam me?
No. If you opt in to marketing, you'll hear about new arrivals and the occasional editorial piece. Unsubscribe is one click.
