Shipping policy

Every Honeyrock shipment is handled as if it were the only one we're sending that week. Here is exactly what to expect.

Standard Delivery

Free on every order. Estimated 1–3 business days.

All shipments are sent via a fully insured, secure delivery service. The watch is packed, sealed, and signed over in person. No drop-offs.

Delivery Hours and Signature

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM local time.
  • An adult signature is required at delivery. The carrier will not leave the package unattended under any circumstance.
  • If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt delivery again on the next business day.

Address Requirements

  • We ship to physical residential and business addresses only.
  • No P.O. boxes.
  • No mail forwarding services (including freight forwarders or reshipping providers).
  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Once a watch is in transit, we cannot redirect it.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day typically ship the same day, after final authentication, pressure testing, and a last in-hand inspection. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Insurance and Liability

Every shipment is fully insured from the moment it leaves our facility until the moment it is signed for. If a package arrives damaged, do not sign for it. Contact us immediately and we will handle the claim directly with the carrier.

International Shipping

Honeyrock primarily ships within the United States. For international orders, please contact us at concierge@hrockluxury.com before placing the order so we can arrange the correct carrier, customs documentation, and duties estimate.
