Unit price perIWC Big Pilot’s Watch Ref. IW5002, Stainless Steel
Full set minus box: includes warranty card, booklet, IWC service paper, and OEM leather travel case. Very good overall condition.
The IW5002 is the original modern Big Pilot introduced in 2002, directly inspired by IWC’s legendary WWII B-Uhr aviation watches. At 46 mm, it delivers the commanding presence the line is known for, paired with a soft-iron inner cage for anti-magnetic protection, oversized “fish” crown, and the iconic 7-day power reserve display with date at 6 o’clock. The clean matte black dial with luminous Arabic numerals offers perfect legibility and timeless pilot-watch aesthetics.
Inside beats IWC’s 7-day automatic movement from the 5000-series, renowned for its torque, accuracy, and 168-hour reserve. The IW5002 has become highly sought after as the first of the modern Big Pilots and is a true collector’s piece.
Condition: Very good overall with light signs of wear consistent with careful use. Runs well and is accompanied by card, booklet, service paper, and OEM leather travel case.
