Offered here is a highly significant and extremely rare Girard-Perregaux Laureato 225th Anniversary edition, reference 81000-11-431-11A. Released in 2016 at SIHH to celebrate the 225th anniversary of Girard-Perregaux, this 41mm Laureato (limited to only 225 pieces) represents the model that relaunched the Laureato line (Generation 5) and paved the way for the current 38mm and 42mm production models.
Crafted in stainless steel with a striking blue Clous de Paris dial, this piece carries historical importance as the transitional Laureato that reintroduced the design language of the integrated sports watch for GP’s modern era. Its proportions—41mm diameter and 10.1mm thickness—sit perfectly between the later 38mm and 42mm models, making it both versatile and unique.
