Housed in a 35.5 mm 18 K white-gold case with the signature fine fluted band, the watch displays a stunning engine-turned silver dial adorned with hand-engraved guilloché, Roman numerals, and the instantly recognizable Breguet open-tipped hands.
Beneath this classical exterior lies one of Breguet’s most technologically important calibres — among the first to incorporate silicon technology into traditional haute horlogerie. The Calibre 591 DRL features a silicon pallet fork, escape wheel, and hairspring, paired with a new-generation balance wheel for enhanced isochronism and magnetic resistance. This pioneering use of silicon set the foundation for Breguet’s modern mechanical precision.
Visible through the sapphire case back, the movement is exquisitely finished with Côtes de Genève, chamfered bridges, and hand-engraved motifs, showcasing the maison’s artisanal excellence.
