The 5157 is one of the most iconic ultra-thin dress watches in modern watchmaking. At just 5.5 mm thick, it slides under any cuff effortlessly, yet maintains strong presence with its 38 mm case and signature fluted Breguet caseband.
The solid 18k gold dial is cut using traditional straight-line and rose-engine lathes: true reductive, hand-executed guilloché. Roman numerals, secret Breguet signature at 12 o’clock, and hand-blued steel Breguet hands complete the classic aesthetic.
Inside, the Cal. 502.3 brings together Breguet’s historic ultra-thin architecture with modern upgrades:
