Welcome to Honeyrock Luxury Trades. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hrockluxury.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Honeyrock Luxury Trades ("Honeyrock," "we," "us," or "our") is a curated secondary market for pre-owned luxury timepieces, based in Nebraska, United States. You can reach us at concierge@hrockluxury.com or +1 402 851 8611.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You may browse the Site without an account. Certain features (saved items, order history) require an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Product Information

We describe every watch we list as accurately as possible, including reference number, production year, condition, and any known flaws. Photographs are taken in-house and represent the actual watch being sold. Minor variations in screen rendering, color, or lighting may occur.

All descriptions reflect our honest assessment at the time of listing. Where service history, provenance, or paperwork is incomplete, we say so.

5. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. Inventory is one-of-one in most cases.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and issue a full refund, even after the order has been placed and confirmed.
Discounts, wire transfer incentives, or promotional offers may apply and are governed by the terms stated at the time of the offer.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, at our sole discretion, for any reason — including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inability to verify the buyer. If we decline an order, we will notify you and refund any payment.

An order is considered accepted only when we send a written confirmation and the watch ships.

7. Payment

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit card, bank wire transfer, and other processor-backed options. Wire transfer may qualify for a discount as displayed on the Site.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We do not ship any watch before payment has cleared. For wire transfers, shipment begins after funds are confirmed received.

8. Shipping

All shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: free insured delivery, adult signature required, no P.O. boxes or forwarding services.

9. Returns

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: 3 days from delivery, same condition, all accessories required, subject to inspection.

10. Authenticity and Condition Guarantee

Every watch sold by Honeyrock is covered by our Authenticity and Mechanical Condition Guarantee, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Selling or Consigning to Honeyrock

If you submit a watch to us for purchase or consignment, you represent and warrant that:

You are the lawful owner of the watch and have full right to sell it.
The watch is free from liens, claims, or encumbrances of any kind.
The information and images you provide are accurate and not misleading.

Consignment terms, if applicable, are governed by a separate written agreement.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Honeyrock name, logo, photography, written descriptions, blog posts, and design — is owned by Honeyrock or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party brand names (Rolex, Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. Honeyrock is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any watch manufacturer.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Submit false or misleading information when ordering, consigning, or communicating with us
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' accounts
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or copy content from the Site
Interfere with the Site's operation, security, or other users' experience
Resell or misrepresent Honeyrock content without authorization

14. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Except for our express Authenticity and Mechanical Condition Guarantee, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honeyrock's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms, the Site, or any watch purchased from us is limited to the amount you paid for the watch in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Honeyrock, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Authenticity Guarantee, constitute the entire agreement between you and Honeyrock regarding your use of the Site and any purchase you make.
