Return Policy

Honeyrock specializes in pre-owned luxury timepieces. Every watch is inspected in-hand and described honestly before it is listed. If something about your watch doesn't match what we said it was, you shouldn't keep it. Here is how a return works.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

The 3-day window begins on the date the watch is signed for at your address. Please inspect the watch immediately upon arrival.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be:

  • In the same condition as received. No additional wear, no sizing modifications, no scratches or marks.
  • Returned with all original accessories included, such as the box, warranty card, instruction manuals, and any papers that came with the shipment.
  • Free of any alterations, including bracelet sizing, strap changes, or servicing.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email concierge@hrockluxury.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within one business day with return instructions and a fully insured, prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the watch in its original packaging with all accessories included. Drop off with the carrier using the label we provide.

Inspection and Refund

All returns are subject to inspection prior to refund approval. Upon receipt, our team will verify the watch is in the condition it was shipped in and that all original accessories are present.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
  • If the watch shows signs of additional wear or is returned without accessories, we may offer a partial refund or decline the return. We will communicate the decision directly.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Returns initiated after the 3-day window.
  • Watches that have been serviced, polished, or modified after delivery.
  • Custom special orders, where agreed to in writing at the time of sale.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If a watch arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us immediately. All shipments are fully insured and we will handle the claim directly. Do not sign for a visibly damaged package.
